Focusing on your unique needs, I will create yoga classes for you to grow and flow.

Why online classes?

It is all about finding your own flow. Like my best friend told me one cosy afternoon via FaceTime: " As unique as you are, you should always ride your own wave. No matter how good the other person next to you looks while riding this big wave, it is not yours." So don't get attached on something that is not meant for you. Ohh hell yeah..!

 

Same for your yoga practice. Online classes allow you to be fully yourself. 

If you are similar to me, you love yoga flows which bring you out of your comfort zone and teach you to move in different ways than usual. My classes are designed to help you overcome insecurities and grow into your true self.

​No need to go out of your cozy home, stay in it and meet me as you are. â€‹

My approach: Yoga classes with emphasis on Vinyasa combined with your unique needs.

Slow flows, dynamic vinyasa, guided meditations and pranayama ( breath work)

Community. Together we can achieve so much more. My Sankalpa ( heartfelt intention) is to flow and grow together and build a better life for ourselves. A life full of inspiration , movement, mindfulness and embodied goal setting.

Our body is our greatest tool and I love to cherish it. Join me in growing and flowing together through this amazing journey.

I love to combine body movements with my breath. It gives me a challenge to stay connected to my body and to let go of my thoughts. For me yoga is a lifestyle which I practice on a daily basis. Yoga in the form of asanas is only a small part of the whole philosophy. Teaching yoga and pranayama brings me peace and compassion. There is so much to learn and I love to share my passion with you.
